These Terms of Service form an agreement between you and CÔNG TY TNHH ZERION GAMES STUDIO regarding your use of the "Paint Shot Factory" application on Android. By downloading, installing or using the App you confirm that you have read and accept these terms.

If you do not agree, please stop using the App and uninstall it.

• Users under 18 need consent from a parent or guardian.
• You are responsible for keeping your device and credentials secure.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering or contacting support.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Paint Shot Factory for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the App
• Tamper with the code, data or security mechanisms
• Use automation, bots or modified builds to gain unfair advantage
• Use the App for unlawful activity

We work to keep the App running reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and will give notice before changes that materially affect you.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our maximum liability does not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the previous 12 months.

Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and bear no responsibility for the App or its content.
