1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service form a legally binding agreement between you and ZERION GAMES STUDIO.

These Terms apply to:

• The zeriongames.com website and subdomains
• All mobile games developed and published by ZERION GAMES
• Recruitment and job application services
• Any other related services

2 Eligibility

2.1. Age

• Recruitment website: For users 18 years and older
• Mobile games: Suitable for all ages per Google Play/App Store rating
• Children under 13 require parental supervision when playing

2.2. Legal Capacity

You must have full civil capacity under applicable law to agree to these Terms.

3 Website Usage

✓ Permitted

• View information about the company, games, and job opportunities
• Submit job applications
• Contact us through official channels
• Share links to the website on social media

✗ Not permitted

• Copy or distribute content without permission
• Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
• Attack, hack, or attempt to penetrate the system
• Upload viruses, malware, or malicious code
• Impersonate or provide false information

4 Game Terms

4.1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

4.2. Prohibited In-Game Conduct

• Use cheats, hacks, bots, or interference software
• Exploit bugs for unfair advantage
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze source code
• Sell or trade accounts or in-game items for real money
• Use inappropriate language or harass other players

4.3. Virtual Items and In-Game Transactions

• All virtual items are owned by ZERION GAMES
• You have the right to use but do not own virtual items
• In-App Purchases follow Google Play/App Store policy
• Refunds per the respective platform's policy
• Auto-renewable subscriptions: Automatically renew until cancelled. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period to avoid being charged. Manage/cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play settings.
• Free trial: When offered, the free trial period is at least 3 days. After the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled.

5 Recruitment Rules

When submitting a job application, you agree that:

• Accurate information: All information must be truthful
• Original materials: CV/Resume and portfolio must be your own
• No spam: Submit only one application per position within 6 months
• Confidentiality: Do not disclose interview or test content

⚠️ Note: False information may result in application rejection or termination of employment.

6 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights belong to ZERION GAMES STUDIO or its licensors:

• Trademarks: "ZERION GAMES", logos, game names
• Copyright: Text, images, video, audio, graphics
• Games: Source code, gameplay, artwork, characters, story
• Software: Website, applications, tools

Fair Use:

• Screenshots/video gameplay for review and criticism (with attribution)
• Links to the website for non-commercial purposes
• User-generated content (fanart) for non-commercial purposes

7 DMCA Policy

We respect intellectual property rights and comply with DMCA. If you believe your content is infringed, send a DMCA notice including:

1. Electronic or physical signature of the copyright owner
2. Description of the infringed work
3. URL or location of infringing content
4. Your contact information (name, address, email, phone)
5. Good faith statement of unauthorized use
6. Statement that the information is accurate

9 Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

9.1. Disclaimer

The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE". We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9.2. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ZERION GAMES is not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or business interruption
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid in the last 12 months

10 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ZERION GAMES, its directors, employees, agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs (including attorney fees) arising from:

• Your use of services
• Violation of these Terms
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Content you upload

11 Dispute Resolution

11.1. Negotiation

The parties shall attempt to resolve any dispute through good faith negotiation within 30 days.

11.2. Arbitration

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved by arbitration under the rules of the Vietnam International Arbitration Centre (VIAC).

• Language: Vietnamese or English
• Venue: Hanoi, Vietnam

11.3. Class Action Waiver

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and you waive the right to participate in any class action.

12 Governing Law

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam
• Competent court: People's Court of Hanoi
• Official language: Vietnamese. The English translation is for reference only

13 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time:

• Material changes will be notified at least 30 days before they take effect
• Notification via website, email, or in-app
• Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of new Terms
• If you disagree, you have the right to stop using the services

14 Other Terms

14.1. Severability

If any provision is declared invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force.

14.2. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.3. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ZERION GAMES.
