This Privacy Policy applies specifically to the "Rise of the Toybots" application (the "App") published by CÔNG TY TNHH ZERION GAMES STUDIO on Android. It does not apply to any other product.

Rise of the Toybots does not collect any personal data from users.

We do not knowingly collect data beyond the list above. If you voluntarily send us additional information by email, it is used solely to handle your request.

Collected data is used for the following purposes:

• Operating the core features of the App

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

The App integrates no third-party SDKs and does not share data externally, except where required by law.

Rise of the Toybots is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us data, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.

We retain personal data for as long as you keep using the App, and delete it within 30 days of your deletion request.

The App has no account system. You can remove all local data by uninstalling the App, or submit a deletion request at: https://zeriongames.com/data-deletion/rise-of-the-toybots.

Some records may be kept longer where accounting, tax or fraud-prevention laws require, and only to the extent required.

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data:

• HTTPS/TLS encryption for all connections
• Least-privilege internal access controls
• Sensitive data stored hashed or encrypted
• Regular review of access and incident logs

No system is perfectly secure. If an incident affects personal data, we will notify you and the competent authority within the legally required timeframe.

We respect your rights under GDPR (European Union), CCPA/CPRA (California, USA) and Decree 13/2023/ND-CP (Vietnam). You have the right to:

• Access and receive a copy of your personal data
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Withdraw a consent you previously gave, at any time
• Object to or restrict processing
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Data may be processed on servers outside your country of residence, including the infrastructure of the providers listed in Section 5. In all cases we apply safeguards required by applicable law.

• Google Play: the App complies with the User Data policy and the Data safety declaration. The declaration on Google Play matches this policy.
• App Store: the App complies with Review Guideline 5.1 and the Privacy Nutrition Labels declared in App Store Connect.

When we update this policy we change the effective date at the top and keep this URL unchanged so you always read the latest version. Material changes are announced in the App before they take effect.
