Data Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data in the "Rise of the Toybots" application published by CÔNG TY TNHH ZERION GAMES STUDIO.

You can request deletion in either of these two ways, with no login required on this page:

• Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request - Rise of the Toybots", including the email or account ID you used in the App.
• Or uninstall the App to remove all data stored locally on your device.

We only ask for enough information to verify you own the account; we never ask for identity documents.

Once your request is verified, we permanently delete:

• All personal data linked to you

We retain personal data for as long as you keep using the App, and delete it within 30 days of your deletion request.

• Anonymised technical records used for aggregate statistics, which cannot be traced back to you.
• Anti-fraud and abuse logs are kept for up to 12 months and used only for security purposes.

• Acknowledgement of your request: within 72 business hours.
• Completion of deletion: within 30 days of verification.
• Removal from rolling backups: within 90 days.

We email a confirmation once done. Deletion is irreversible: your account and in-app progress cannot be restored.
